Hair Regrowth
I am a woman who has suffered hair loss in the forms of telogen effluvium (Te) or persisting telogen effluvium (Cte) several times throughout my life. Over the years, I have done countless hours of research and probably tried thousands of dollars worth of products. Some have worked and some have genuinely made my hair loss worse. I need to disclose that I’ve never found a hair loss shampoo that could stop hair loss overnight. But, there are products though that can operate or decrease shedding and / or can hold salutary regrowth by decreasing inflammation.
Finding the best hair loss shampoo for you requires defining what you are looking for in a product. For example, do you prefer a natural or herb based stock or are you more curious in concentrated products that sell out Dht or soothe inflammation?

Here is a list of what I consider to be the best. Because I’ve suffered Te and persisting Te, I do not rely as heavily on very harsh Dht blockers. I like products that clean and nourish my scalp to hold regrowth. I alternate and rotate the shampoos around because I find that if I don’t, I could get build up over time and / or the products lose their effectiveness a bit if my scalp gets overly used to them.

Dandruff anti inflammatory shampoos: The most favorite of these is nizoral and it genuinely does help with the scalp pain, but it will dry your scalp and hair awfully and in the end the dryness will contribute to added itching and irritation. Because of this, I genuinely prefer selsun blue as it is a bit more conditioning, but it also is very drying over time. Any dandruff shampoos will strip your hair of color and dry your scalp. I personally can only use them once or twice a week but I feel they are efficient so they are part of my regimen.
Nisim: I like nisim because it’s a very light high quality shampoo that makes my scalp feel very good. It gives my fine hair a bit of bounce and volume and doesn’t weight it down. Many hair loss shampoos are very heavy and you must use apple cider vinegar to get all of the residue out. This isn’t the case with Nisim.
Hair Genesis Shampoo: Hair Genesis has a faultless line of products, but I particularly like the shampoo. It’s a very high quality stock and again, it doesn’t coat or make my very fine hair limp. I look like I have more hair when I use it.
Phytocyane: This is among the most natural, organic shampoos in my regimen. This stock contains grape seed extracts, ginkgo biloba and lots of vitamins. I like to give my hair a break from chemicals as much as I can. I find this shampoo gives my hair a lot of shine. This is the most costly stock on my list, but I still feel it is worth the cost.
Cre C Hair Loss Shampoo: This is another natural stock which contains a large amount of ginseng. It’s imported from Mexican and is so natural that the shampoo is totally clear and the ingredients sink to the bottom, requiring you to shake it before you use it. I genuinely like this about the stock and its surprisingly inexpensive.
Dead Sea Hair Loss Shampoo: I bought this stock because I was intrigued with the novelty of it and because it was very inexpensive, but it’s become one of my favorites. As the title implies, it contains dead sea nutrients and minerals, but the best thing about it is for anyone reason, it cleans well but is also very conditioning. I genuinely use this stock without any conditioner and can comb my hair out fine afterward. It’s also very inexpensive.
Nioxin: My hair genuinely does not reply well to nioxin. It increases my shedding, but my research has indicated this is not true for most people. The firm says the extra shedding is because the stock is only clearing out hair that would’ve shed anyway to make way for salutary regrowth, but I can’t bring myself to shed more. I’ve included nioxin because it is a very favorite stock that many habitancy have had success with. I just was not one of them. It does clean your scalp like no other so I use it maybe once per month just to make sure I have no build up or clogging sebum.
Jason Thin To Thick: I use this very sparingly because it increases shedding by a lot for me, but if I have a wedding or event to attend for which I have to look genuinely good, I will use this because it makes me appear to have twice as much hair. I can’t use it often though because of the hair loss I connect with it.
